Fully Funded Renewables Installation

For Commercial Sites

The Fully Funded Renewables Installation at Commercial Sites works like this:

Go Electric visits your commercial site and surveys the site taking note of building and roof sizes, power supply capacity and meter sites.
We also require copies of a recent gas and electricity bill.
In the event heating and hot water is provided by any other fuel than gas, we will require copies of the previous 12 months fuel bills.
We will then produce a Renewables Proposal which will make clear a renewable energy installation to comprehensively reduce the businesses’ energy bills with full explanation of the likely reductions.
At this stage the system will be fully costed.
Accompanying the Renewables Proposal will be a proposal from a major UK lender to cover the full cost of the installation.
The proposition to the customer is that they enter into a 10 or 15 year lease purchase agreement with the lender.
At the end of the lease the assets will be transferred to borrower for a negligible sum.
The forecast annual savings will be in excess of the monthly cost of the debt payment.
